At Cable Ties Unlimited, we want to ensure you have the right fastening solutions for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all products are in new condition, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return via a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
